- Canadian Orders: Shipped via USPS International (with final delivery by Canada Post) – tracking included.

- Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
- U.S. Orders: Tracking updates in real time and covers the entire delivery process.
- Canadian Orders: Initial tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. After the package leaves the U.S., updates may be less frequent—check Canada Post's website for the latest status.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as “Delivered” but not received:
- Check with family, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) for alternative delivery locations.
- Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about delivery details.
- If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and tracking number.
- Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date (customs clearance often causes delays).
- Contact Canada Post or Canadian customs with your tracking number—packages may be held for unpaid duties/taxes or missing documentation.
- Check with family, neighbors, or local post offices for missed deliveries.
- If unresolved, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and tracking number.
Our support team will investigate the issue, initiate a package trace (if applicable), and update you on the resolution. We are not liable for lost packages if the tracking number confirms delivery to your address.
- Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier.
- These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or unpaid fees.
