  • Q: Where do you ship?

    A: We ship exclusively to addresses in the United States (all states/territories) and Canada (all provinces/territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    Q: How do I choose the right size?

    A: Use a soft tape measure to take your chest/bust, waist, and hip measurements (per our Size Guide). If you're between sizes:
    • Men's polos/T-shirts: Size down for a slimmer fit, size up for a relaxed fit.
    • Women's dresses/yoga jackets/sportswear: Size up for layering or a looser fit, size down for a tailored look.

    Q: How long does it take to process my order?

    A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Canadian orders may require an extra 1–2 business days for customs documentation. No processing occurs on weekends or holidays.

    Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

    A: We cannot cancel or modify orders once they are processed (typically within 1–3 business days). If you need to change your order, contact [email protected] immediately—we will do our best to assist if the order hasn't been dispatched.

    Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    A:  U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
    • Canadian Orders: 10–25 business days after dispatch.   
    • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance (Canada), carrier delays, or high order volume.

    Q: How do I track my order?

    A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. U.S. orders are tracked via USPS; Canadian orders can be tracked via USPS International and Canada Post.

    Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?

    A: For U.S. orders, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. For Canadian orders, allow an extra 5–7 business days for customs, then contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number for assistance.

    Q: How do I initiate a return?

    A: First, email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will approve your request and send return instructions. Do not ship items without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be processed.

    Q: How long does it take to get a refund?

    A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.

    Q: Do you offer exchanges?

    A: We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size/color, place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

    Q: Will I be charged duties or taxes on my Canadian order?

    A: Yes—Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, GST/HST, and customs fees. These are charged by CBSA or the shipping carrier and are your responsibility (not included in our prices).

    Q: Can I get a refund for duties/taxes if I return my item?

    A: No—duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable, even if you return the item. We only refund the product price (and original shipping fees, if required by law).
